Is this ok to wear on my valentines lunch date?

We are going to lunch and a movie. Straight legged dark was jeans and a white long sleeved skinny fit tee. For accessories I plan on wearing a pair of black pointy toe stilletos a long chain necklace with gl beads from Maurices and a multicolored turqoise chunk necklace. It's been freezing so my black and white big checked peacoat. I don't know about my hair. I'll probably straighten it but may curl it. What do you think? I want to look y but not overdone. He is wearing Jean and a on up shirt.
