Seeing Mortal Wounds?

I am enlisting in the Air Force, while I am still thinking about what mos I want, I was thinking about becoming a Pararescueman, I don't really mind the sight of blood itself but I seeing mortal wounds makes my stomach uneasy. Is there a way I can get over this? I am aware that pararescue involves treating and stabilizing wounded, which I'm sure means seeing mortal wounds is a given.
