Getting married bcs. of this, you think this marriage will last?

My exgf of 3 years got married to another guy one year ago. We were doing great, in love, I was scared to get married, just wasnt emotionally ready and wanted to wait more time. Very sadly she got a form of nonlife threatening cancer and she freaked out and wanted to have a baby ASAP.I knew I wasnt ready, and told her i loved her and would stay with her and surely marry her later, but I didnt want to get married for the wrong reason/have a baby. She dumped me, married some guy 5 months later, an ex of hers who told her he would do everythng she wanted. Now she is fine, the cancer is cured, still not pregnant. She has told me many times that she loves me and made a mistake,I am the man she wants. She wrote me and told me that "if I had never gotten sick, I would never have married that guy, id prob still be waiting for you" However, she said the reality is that she is married and she will "accept" her life. I told her I would marry her right now. Will this marriage last?what can I do?
