What is the quote from Hamlet where Claudius nonchalantly tells Denmark the situation between him and Gertrude?

I'm writing an essay about Hamlet, and i remember reading Claudius's speech explaining the current situation with the change of power. He explains how his brother has died and he's taking the crown, and the people of Denmark just sort of accept it. The speech happened in the first act, I believe. Much appreciated. :)
