I'm planning on becoming a freak push-upper but this wil be on top of my heavy sporting schedule as well which is monday:rest, Tuesday: bball practice, Wed: football(afl) practice, thurs: bball prac, fri: bball game, Sat: bball game, football prac, Sun: Football game andi want to know how to be able to fit in a push up session in somewhere that won't make my upper body too sore for training. help thnx appreciated
