I have a 1996 ram 1500 318 w/ 4pd trans. when I go about 40-45 mph?

it shakes like a ***** with a hotdog in his hands. and when I push the overdrive switch it smoothes out. just did a trans service and no metal in the pan. would one of the speed sensors have anything to do with it and if so which one.
