Wheres the window which lets ethernet modem accept wireless connections from other computers - cant find it?

I saw it the other day and I know its currently set up NOT to allow other computers to connect to my erm...internet, but I need to enable it now, and I cant find the place in control panel or wherever the hell it was...help please!
