Whats the Statue of limitations for selling pirated software illegally?

Two years ago, I sold about 50-100 copies of DVDFab platinum along with 3 other burning programs. I know it was dumb and illegal, but I did it to help me get out of credit card debt. I got several warnings from eBay, but I still kept on selling. I finally got my account suspended by eBay and it took me 4 months to get reinstated. Since then I have not sold anything illegal on Ebay. Can I still get arrested or sued for selling illegal copies. Whats the worse that could happen to me or being caught after two years when the crime was committed? Please no rude comments, I have learned my lesson and don't plan on doing it again, I even picked up a second job, so I can pay the remainder of my debt off. Thank you.
