Should Obama raise taxes and give amnesty to illegal aliens like Reagan did?

Conservatives seem to think Reagan was the best president ever. So why doesn't Obama act like Reagan? Raise taxes to stabilize social security, tax gas for infrastructure fixes, grow the federal government, and give amnesty to illegal aliens. The tea partiers would have to love it!
