Should I move back the New York?

Well to start I am originally from Upstate Ny. I currently have been living in Orlando, FL for about two years. I manage a store that does decent business down here. I have been given the option to move the business to Syracuse NY, where the business should be much better and there is a possibility for me to make more money or to keep the business here and keep on skimming by. I really love the weather down here and I have met a few good friends. Moving to Syracuse would put me back close to family and my old friends again and I really don’t mind the snow. Also living in NY would be much cheaper and I would be able to get ahead financially, where as down here I’m in and out of debt, but getting by. So what do you think??? I'm a 25 single Male if that helps...
