Please Help!! Flying my dog to Germany.......so confused!!?

Why can't your dog fly on the plane under the seat? Some airlines let you do this. YOu should talk to your vet about your dog's ability to fly. YOu should also talk to the airline to get your questions answered. You are responsible for your pet and should know the answers to these questions before you fly the dog to Germany without you.
