I was diagnosed as being Bipolar, help with new issues?
Hearing voices you, yourself, are are not deliberately creating, is plenty reason to be alarmed. You said you hear them when you begin to relax, you must be certain this isn't part of a dream. Because you can go 2 to 3 days without sleep, you are sleep deprived (but you can't feel it, especially during a 'manic episode'), perhaps you brain lapsing into micro sleep, where fragments of your brain take a brief break while you're still concious. Hopefully that's what it is, otherwise, we're talking about schizophrenia. Take notes and log the exact time and moments during which these "voices" occur; keep a log/journal. Then, after a month, bring this evidence to your psychiatrist. Don't tell him what you think it is (they hate that), just tell him what's going on, log your symptoms, then let his deliver the final verdict and start you on an experimental treatment (otherwise, he'll ignore you or won't take your seriously). Just stay calm and be a vigourous scientist about it (stick with the FACTS), otherwise, a misdiagnosis leads to wrong drugs, and you will start to abhor doctors.
