I want a dirtbike, which ones used for under 1k?

i want a used 129cc or 149cc...something around 100cc-200cc. what good condition used ones could i get for under 1k. how much would they be. i would prefer japanese brands like honda, kawasaki, yamaha, suzuki, but i don't have to have a certain brand. i just need one that could take pretty fast riding, i wont wreck it. i am 13 and i need something dependable, because my motor went out on my 2006 polaris 50cc atv
