I asked earlier but have more info to add now?? im worried can i have as much advice as poss plz???

i am 38 weeks and1 day today and midwife is requesting scan for me as for the last 2 weeks i have been measuring 36 weeks, she said it may just be position of baby or he may have stopped growin? if he has stopped growing what does this mean and what do they do in the uk??I have had alot of infections in late pregnancy and was given steroid injections at 33 weeks, due to all of this do you think they will induce? he is cephalic but she wrote not engaged, i am needin to pee every 2secs and feel twinges low down, could she be wrong on this and he has engaged, if not how do you recomend to make him engage, i walk alot anyway.xxx
