Hey i lost my virginity and i see bumps on my inner labia help!!!!?

hey i lost my virginity at 21 im 22 now and i only had one partner had three times with him only very painful i might add well anyways when we start havin he was using this mint flavor lubricant and it burn my that burn worst that the pain but anyways i never felt bumps down there till 8 months later... it was on each side of my inner labia and they swell up like marbles a whole bunch of them then when i start having bubble bathes with hot water they disappear but then i see smaller ones on each side but i would have to stretch my labia to see and feel them i went to a gyno and he told me everything is okay they are just sabecaus glands or whatever i took a papsmear four times by four different ppl three of the test were from clinics and the fourth was from my gyno i didnt get the ones from the clinic since i was too busy to pick up the results.. but my gyno called me and told me everything came back negative.. but i am still not convinced b/c he didnt send me the paper with teh results i wanna see it on paper... i never felt these bumps down there before and i am always lookin at my so i should notice when something wasnt there before.. he says im over reacting and its normal for a new ually active girl to be paranoid.. MY QUESTION IS DO U THINK I SHOULD GET A FIFTH APPINION OR AM I FREAKING OUT THE BUMPS DONT BOTHER ME AT ALL THEY DONT HURT OR SCRATCH AND IT DONT BURN WHEN I PEE NOR DO I HAVE SMELL WHEN I PEE..... WHAT DO YOU THINK I SHOULD DO RELAX.... OR GET A FIFTH APPINION THE OTHER THREE CLINICS DONT COUNT THEY ARE NOT GYNO SPECIALIST I ONLY GOT ONE OPPINION FROM AN GYNO SPECIALIST SO IT WOULD GETTING A SECOND OPPINION THEN..????
