Best real paint to use as substitute face paint?

You want to take acrylic paint and mix it with cold cream. I used to paint faces for charity when I was still an art student and that's what we would use as face paint. Water color or goache won't give you the coverage you're looking for and oil paint is toxic so don't put that on your face. Be sure to put a layer of cold cream on your face before painting so it doesn't stain.
